For some reason, some residents in Angus Valley seem to think that this is the Daytona Speedway. For those of us with children it causes great concern.
Last week my seven year old daughter almost got killed while crossing the street after getting off of her school bus. The driver of the car was a resident on my street who makes a habit of exceeding the 30mph limit of this neighborhood.
In speaking with other concerned parents in the area, we feel that the county should install speedbumps. The Sheriffs office spends alot of time here setting up speed traps. Would it not benefit Pasco county to pay the cost to install speedbumps, rather than tieing up our Sheriffs time with stings to catch habitual speeders?
